When he was asked what was the most important of the commands, Jesus said we are to "Love God with all of our heart, soul, mind and strength… and our neighbor as ourselves…"

I'm a fairly smart guy and I've got the degrees to prove it, so when I was in a seminar and the presenter made the assertion, "What you know doesn't really matter," well, it got my dander up and at least in my head I crossed my arms and thought, "That's bunk."

I suppose it's out there somewhere, but I've never found it: the church that has more leaders than it knows what to do with. In fact, most churches I visit have a leadership vacuu
